Shipping, Returns, Refund and Exchange Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are permitted two hours after checkout to cancel orders
  • If orders are not cancelled within the two-hour time frame, the order will be processed and shipped
  • Customers that utilize our TTpost delivery option will incur the cost of shipping if items are to be returned

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Stocked Items

  • Stocked items will be shipped in twenty-four (24) business hours
  • Email notification updates will be sent when orders are shipped

Special Order Items

  • Special order products require a period of two to three for orders to be shipped
  • Order confirmation emails will include expected shipping periods
  • Email notification updates will be sent when orders are shipped

Delivery

  • Items shipped to Ferreira Optical branches will be delivered for collection on Mondays to Fridays at 9am
  • Items shipped via TTPOST will be delivered on Mondays to Fridays.

Disclaimer

  • When completing orders, customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address
  • Ferreira Optical Limited does not hold itself responsible for lost packages due to incorrect mailing address inputted during online ordering
  • Any undelivered packages will be delivered the following work day
  • Unsuccessful TTPOST deliveries will be returned to Ferreira Optical’s Head Office. A note will be left by TTPOST indicating same.
  • Currently ‘live’ delivery tracking is unavailable.

Returns Policy

Orders must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. Products must be returned within seven (7) days of collection to your nearest Ferreira Optical Branch.

  • Please email shopsupport@ferreiraoptical.com to request a return.
  • Customer must visit their nearest Ferreira Optical branch with proof of purchase and unopened contact lens boxes.
  • Customer would receive a stamped return receipt indicating item has been returned to Ferreira Optical Limited.
  • Patient would be refunded via the original credit card used for purchase within twenty-four (24) hours of the first business day after date of items being returned
  • Customers that utilize our TTpost delivery option would not be refunded the cost of shipping

Products with manufacturer’s defects would be inspected and exchanged based on outcome of examination. Items would be re-shipped to the customers at no additional charge.

Disclaimer

Contact lenses cannot be returned if they are opened.

Exchange Policy

  • Should our organization be liable for errors in the processing of orders, all exchanges will be honored at no additional cost to the customer
  • Once the items are returned to a Ferreira Optical branch, the replacement item will be shipped within twenty-four (24) hours to the specified Ferreira Optical location for collection
  • Items opened cannot be exchanged unless deemed a manufacturer defect

Refunds Policy

  • All refunds would be credited to the customer’s credit or debit card within twenty-four (24) business hours of the request
  • Monies may not appear on customer’s credit/debit card immediately as policies differ across commercial banks. Kindly refer to your bank’s policies for more information
  • If an order must be cancelled due to limited product supply, customers will be refunded the full cost of purchase

Credit or Debit Card Charges Policy

Currently all payments are processed securely via Visa or Mastercard.

Customers’ credit or debit cards will be charged when orders are completed online.

If we are not able to fulfill an order for any reason, the credit card used to purchase will be refunded. An email notification with be sent to inform.
